I focus my coaching practice on six main areas that are rooted in my philosophy of radical self-trust:

I work with academic writers on building reasonable schedules to get writing projects completed and out the door. These engagements often focus on accountability structures so that writing stays consistent.

Leadership Development

I work with academic administrators on implementing best practices for managing teams, handling conflict, and staying rooted in professional values. These engagements often focus on increasing confidence.

Building Self-Trust & Confidence

I work with clients from a range of backgrounds on cultivating radical self-trust in life and work, but specifically in areas where clients feel challenged such as public speaking or imposter syndrome.

Coaching is often a new experience for many of my clients.

What is the goal of life coaching?

Coaching is designed to offer you the clarity, confidence, and plan you need to take your next big step or to design the little actions that will make all the difference.

What are the outcomes of life coaching?

Our coaching relationship will focus on goal-oriented and meaningful productivity, creating realistic plans for meeting your objectives, and helping you to align your actions with your personal and professional values.

What is a coaching session like?

Because coaching is client-led, each session looks a little different.

We’ll start each 60-minute session by setting an agenda for what to focus on and we’ll outline some objectives together to accomplish by the end of the session.

Then, we’ll dive into coaching through a series of powerful questions.

Each session ends with a check-in about the session objectives, some action items, and an accountability plan for achieving next steps.

Once you choose your plan, we schedule our first session, I send along a coaching contract and invoice, and then we dig right in!
I also provide a Google Drive folder and coaching plan document to help guide our work together.

This one-time session works well for brainstorming or visioning about an upcoming project, ongoing manuscript, life decision, job interview, business idea, or other important life or professional event.
